Terms:
For established customers, terms are 60 days net from date of invoice, C.O.D. for new customers. To establish credit, we require 3 recent trade references, and the name of your bank, including all telephone numbers and addresses. Past due accounts are subject a service charge of 1.5% per month. (18% annual rate). Credit accounts with a history of late payment (past 60 days) will be denied credit and must pay cash for future orders. Accounts 90 days past due will be settled through collections in which buyer will pay attorney or collection fees incurred by seller.
